Meet Our Team

Amy – Office Manager Amy completed the dental assisting program at Ivy Tech in 1995 and graduated from the dental assistant expanded duty program from IUPUI in 2000. She joined our office in early 2000, and she completed training in coronal polishing and fluoride in 2011. Amy works hard to help our patients feel comfortable and at ease, and she has great attention for detail. Away from work, Amy enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Chris, and two beautiful daughters, Lexi and Lily.

Marsha – Retired Marsha joined our staff in 1980 after completing training as a dental assistant at Ivy Tech. She has been our insurance and account manager for many years, after beginning as a dental assistant. Marsha and her husband, Barry, have two sons, Jonathan and Ashton. Marsha enjoys reading and cooking in addition to her active schedule at church.

Angela – Insurance and Account Manager Angela is from the Lafayette area and has been working in our front office since February 2001. Angela earned an associate degree in business administration from Indiana Business College. She and her husband, Craig, have four children, Chloe, Annikah, Ramsey and Carsten. In her free time, Angela enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family.

Cassie – Financial Administrator Cassie joined our staff in 2007. She has attended Indiana State University, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and Kaplan University. Cassie enjoys working at Tecumseh Dental Center because of our fun, family-friendly dental office. When she isn’t working, she likes to read, shop and spend time with her daughter, Makayla.

Kelly – Patient Administrator Joined our staff in 2021.  She had been a patient at our office for 7 years before that!  She enjoys working with our wonderful staff and greeting our patients at the front desk.  Kelly and her husband, Todd, have three children; Colton, Brielle and Baylor. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, attending her kids sporting events, exercising and taking walks with her dogs.

Tara – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Tara graduated from Ivy Tech in 2002 and joined our staff that July. She completed her expanded functions training in 2004, receiving training in all aspects of restorative dentistry. In 2011, Tara also completed training in coronal polishing and fluoride. She loves working with our dentists and staff, as well as helping our patients improve their smile. In her free time, Tara enjoys reading, raising and showing chickens, and spending time with her husband, Craig, and three children, Keagan, Carter and Morgan.

Sherie – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Sherie has been a dental assistant for 21 years. She graduated from IUPUI and Ivy Tech, and she enjoys working with our dentists, dental staff and wonderful patients at our Lafayette dental office. Sherie is married to her husband, Kirk, and they have three children, Whitney, Jake and Eli. She and Kirk also a wonderful grandson, Emmett. When she isn’t working to improve your smile, she enjoys running, helping at her children’s school and being a dance coach.

Tosha – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Tosha completed her dental assisting training in 2008 and joined our staff in February of that year. She earned a Bachelor of General Studies with a minor in psychology at Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne, and she completed training in coronal polishing and fluoride in 2011. Tosha and her husband, Matt, have two children, Caden and Brilynn. In her spare time, she enjoys running, biking, camping, hunting and spending time with her family and friends.

Kristen – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Kristen has been with our office since graduating from the dental assisting program at Ivy Tech in August 2014. She completed the expanded duties for dental assistant program at IUPUI in November 2014. She is also certified in coronal polishing and fluoride application. Kristen enjoys working with the fun, caring staff at Tecumseh Dental Center to help make your smile the best that it can be! In her free time, Kristen enjoys spontaneous adventures with her boyfriend and spending time with her friends and family.

Riley – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Riley graduated from the dental assisting program at Ivy Tech during the summer of 2017. She graduated as an expanded functions dental assistant, and she is certified in coronal polishing and fluoride application. She was hired as a member of our team after she finished her clinical externship at our office. She loves being able to help patients improve their smiles, and she looks forward to continuing to learn all that dentistry has to offer. Outside of work, Riley loves spending time with her boyfriend, friends and family.

Paige – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Graduated from the dental assisting program at Ivy Tech in 2005 and earned her expanded functions certification in 2007.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Human Resources in 2017 from Indiana Wesleyan University. Paige loves getting to know patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals. In her free time, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their three boys, Aidan, Jackson, and Ethan.

Judy – Hygiene Coordinator Judy first joined Tecumseh Dental Center in 2018, after graduating valedictorian from the Indianapolis Dental Assistant School as a dental assistant. She loves working with our dentists, who are so generous and willing to help others. She was a patient here for seven years before joining our team!

Christy – Dental Hygienist Christy joined our staff in 2001. She has been a dental hygienist since graduating from Indiana University Northwest in 2000. Before becoming a hygienist, she worked in all areas of the dental office, from dental assisting to handling insurance claims, for four years. Christy loves being a dental hygienist because she gets to meet new people and help them feel better about their smiles. She and her husband, Rod, have two sons. Christy and her family enjoy camping, boating and traveling together.

Emily – Dental Hygienist Emily grew up in Lafayette and was a patient in our office before leaving the area for her education. She graduated in 2002 from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in dental hygiene, and she joined our dental staff that same year. She enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them to have beautiful, healthy smiles! Emily is married to her husband, Andy, and they have two sons. When she has a spare moment, she enjoys interior decorating.

Janie – Dental Hygienist Janie graduated from Indiana University school of Dentistry in 1994 with an Associate degree in dental hygiene.  She enjoys working with the awesome doctors and team at Tecumseh Dental.  She also loves building relationships with the patients and helping them improve their oral health.  In her free time she likes reading and spending time with friends and family.

Morgan – Dental Hygienist Morgan joined our team in September 2012 as a dental hygienist. She graduated with highest distinction from IUPUI/IU School of Dentistry with an associate degree in dental hygiene. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is the ability to get to know patients while educating them about oral and whole-body health. Morgan loves working at our Lafayette dental practice because our team is like a second family and there is always laughter in our office. She loves spending any spare time with her husband, Brady, their daughter Cali, their son, Mac, family and friends. Morgan enjoys outdoor activities like golfing and fishing. She also enjoys a good book and spending time at Kentucky Lake.

Kerri – Dental Hygienist Kerri grew up in Colorado and graduated with honors in 2017 from Ivy Tech in South Bend, IN. She loves spending her free time with her husband, Eric, and her little dog. Her favorite part of dental hygiene is meeting and interacting with patients and helping to improve their smiles! She loves working in an office with a great team and set of doctors that put patients’ needs first.
